Rent
Rent payments are due on the first day of each month. Rent statements are available online through Commercial Café on or about the 20th of the month.
Rent payment is accepted online through Commercial Café or through ACH. Commercial Café is our preferred method of payment, as it is quick, secure, and automatically reflected on your ledger. For instructions on how to make rent payment through Commercial Café or by ACH, please contact property management and they will provide you with instructions and information on how to register. If processing payment through ACH, please send an email to carym@worthsa.com detailing the ACH payment, so it may be properly recorded on your ledger.
For those tenants unable to process payments online, check payments are accepted.
