Worth & Associates is a locally owned San Antonio commercial real estate development, investment, and brokerage firm that operates exclusively in South Texas. Worth & Associates develops office and flex office buildings (in multi-building office parks) to hold for our own long-term investment. We also lease and manage all of our properties. Our long-term hold strategy makes us highly unique in our industry. Consequently, we are able to serve our clients over a long-term period, acting more as a partner in the success of their business than just as a landlord.

Farinon Buisiness Park is currently planned as a three building office project; Farinon I and Farinon II, currently existing and Farinon III under construction. Buildings are located in the highly desirable Northwest submarket of San Antonio in the master planned business community of University Business Park. The Buildings are just off of IH10 and DeZavala Rd with excellent Ingress and Egress. Just a few minutes away from the South Texas Medical Center, many shops, restaurants, hospitals, hotels and great neighborhoods and schools, a perfect location to live, work and play.

Farinon I, located at 5850 Farinon Dr. is a one story, 41,723 sq. ft building

Farinon II Building is a two story, 102,675 sq. ft building located at 12707 Silicon Dr. The lobby has Class A finishes and is Energy Star Certified.

Farinon III Building is a two story 84,000 SF Class A office building. Construction was completed in January 2024. The building features large efficient floor plates with building and monument signage available and up to 6.3/1000 parking. There are over 100 underground VIP and Executive parking spaces with secured entry and elevator for direct building access.
